On Friday July 5th, we had a new HVAC system installed. It wasn't working properly over the weekend, so we had to put in a service call.The service tech, Mel Perez, told us that he was booked full, but would try and squeeze us in. Mel arrived around 5 PM and quickly figured out what the issue was. Mel replaced and reprogrammed our thermostat, added a little more refrigerant, and we were up and running again.We really appreciate the quick and courteous service. Mel was very professional and knowledgeable about th unit. He really went out of his way to make things right. I hope his supervisors see this review and appreciate his hard work and dedication.I would absolutely recommend Ressler & Mateer for any of your home or business needs.
We needed a new heat pump. Contacted Chris Orbach of Ressler and Mateer and through photos sent via email he was able to give us an estimate and set up a very timely installation for a Carrier heat pump system. His crew of Jake and Draven were very diligent, professional and knowledgeable. They replaced the system in a day, which included an unforeseen Tstat wire replacement which proved very challenging but was accomplished with Chris’s help.Thanks guys! Gale and Mike Tice
I have been using Ressler & Mateer for my HVAC service for over 20 years. The office personnel and all the service technicians do a great job. I'm very happy with all their services and would highly recommend them to everyone. James did a GREAT job as usual.
We have used Ressler and Mateer for several services over the last three or so years. Our big purchase and install through them was a replacement of our entire HVAC system, of which I received several quotes from different local HVAC companies. The folks I spoke to were the only representatives that didn’t push high dollar / high end all electric unit replacements; rather they gave me cost effective options with thorough explanation and left me to decide budget vs. system. Since then we’ve had them out for a few miscellaneous plumbing repairs. All of which were quickly repaired with great communication in what needed to be done. Pricing, in my experience, has always been reasonable given the scope (and a couple instances being after hours).They’ve continued to annually maintain our HVAC system; I’ve never felt sales pressure for unnecessary work from those follow up visits either.
Air Conditioner broke on Labor Day. Alex worked diligently and went above and beyond to get it fixed.. not to mention was one of the ppl we’ve ever had come into our home
